Sunday 31st October Pigtown Taco night

The Greenroom is very happy & excited to be part of this year’s wonderful pigtown festival. We are planning an authentic Mexican taco evening, showcasing Limerick pork. We also have a vegetarian option. We will be serving the tacos with some twists and tweaks to incorporate local & seasonal food.
A great way to spend Halloween evening and we plan to have some music on the evening, more to follow on this!

We are delighted to announce that for entertainment we have the incredibly talented Jack Brolly to play some tunes while we enjoy delicious Tacos. Jack runs events under the title Lower Your Expectations and works as part of the organizational teams behind Open Ear Festival and Féile Na Gréine. He is involved in organizing different kinds of events (in real life),  he likes to promote them (online) and talks a lot (both in real life and online)s.

Springfield Halloween WalkDue to the popularity of our St Patricks day walk and Easter Walk we are holding a Halloween walk on the 31st of October.
There will be a new part to the trail and for those who dare to enter the goblins lair to get your clue, there will be a treat to collect from the Springfield witch. There will also be a short talk on Halloween traditions
The price is €15 for over 12-year-olds and €8 for under 12-year-olds. Included is a delicious hot dog(O Connors Butchers) a homemade brownie and a bottle of water or juice.
The walk will be between 1.30 pm and 3 pm with the talk at 3.30 pm sharp
The Horse Box Coffee trailer will also be on-site to buy tea, coffee, and sweet treats.
