St. Patrick’s Day is typically associated with Irish culture and celebrations, but what if we added a twist to the festivities by incorporating another beloved cuisine? A Taco event on St. Patrick’s Day could be just the thing to spice up the holiday.
Picture this: a lively gathering at the Greenroom, music playing in the background, and the tantalizing aroma of sizzling tacos in the air.
We will be providing a casual and delicious evening featuring 3 courses.
Home-made tortilla chips with Guacamole or salsa to start.
After this we have Beef/Venison/Chicken or Veggie tacos. These are taco Asada meaning BBQ tacos.
The meat is marinated in Mojo for 8 hours. The Mojo consists of Lime, Orange, cilantro, garlic, and chili
. It is then cooked and diced into small pieces that are added to the taco. The tacos are DIY, we give you all the parts and you make the magic happen. You can make your own custom tacos to suit any taste or palette.
Toppings include Pico de gallo, Salsa Verde, beetroot yogurt, Pineapple salsa, and more.
For dessert, we are serving tequila lime ice cream.
Included in the price is a drink on arrival. Choose from the bar selection of wine or beer or try a special Tequila Pineapple sunrise cocktail!
